we got this pitt from a friend 2 yrz ago, it lives in the yard but it jumps the fence all the time we chain(wit a big a$$ chain!) but it still gets away! the naibors r gettin pissed cuz hes mean as hell to other dogs, how can i keep him on the chain? like what kind of collor can hold a pitt? it legal to use a choke chain? how do i make one?

for ur info my dog is happy, hes got a female right next to him that he breeds whenever he wants n he ran ruts in the ground runnin back and forth!!! i bet tats more runnin ur dog does in a month! plus the chain weighs 45 pounds so hes workin all the time!
