How can I cure my new tattoo?

I just got my tattoo yesterday. I wondered what is a good way to heal? What should I buy as soap, lotions, ointments A & D? plastic wrap? on your hip so I can get her clothes.

Ask 14 different people about tattoo aftercare and get 15 different answers. This is what I tell people about caring for your tattoo free: Your new tattoo is, and must be addressed as an open wound. What is most needed is kept clean and dry, hydrated than necessary and should be allowed to breathe as much as possible. You can get your tattoo wet, simply do not absorb. Therefore, taking a bath or swimming are out. Dry the area with a clean paper towel and allow to dry for at least 10 minutes. If the area of hydration needs can apply a moisturizer cream or ointment to the area. Pure cocoa butter works for me. People have good luck with Aquaphor, Lubriderm, or an unscented lotion that irritates the skin. Apply a thin layer. Enough to keep the area damp but not wet or shiny. Then leave. Always wash before applying ointment or lotion sweet. Try not to let clothing rub the area and avoid tight clothing. In 3-5 days your tattoo should start peeling. Have your own pace. Do not take your or zero. If at any time your new tattoo shows signs of infection (increasing pain, discharge, heat at the site, increased increased redness or swelling) Call your doctor. It is the only one who can confidently diagnose and treat infection.
